The Lightner Museum is housed in the former Alcazar Hotel, a Gilded Age resort built by Henry Flagler. The museum displays an eclectic array of decorative arts, including Victorian glass, furniture, and mechanical musical instruments. Visitors can also see the hotel's original indoor swimming pool and a collection of shrunken heads. The building itself, with its Spanish Renaissance architecture, is a highlight.
