Lake Bennet is a 60-acre lake situated in unincorporated Orange County, near the town of Oakland. It is part of the Butler Chain of Lakes, known for clean water and good fishing. The lake has a public boat ramp and is popular for water skiing, tubing, and fishing for largemouth bass. The shoreline is largely undeveloped, offering a natural setting for birdwatching and kayaking. Alligators are commonly seen basking on logs.
