Journey Behind the Falls offers a unique perspective by taking visitors through tunnels dug into the rock behind the Horseshoe Falls. Starting with an elevator ride down to the tunnel level, you walk through passageways to observation portals that open directly behind the cascading water. The experience includes two outdoor viewing decks at the base of the falls, where you can feel the thunderous vibrations and get sprayed by the mist. It's a rare chance to see the falls from underneath, with the massive wall of water just feet away.
