Point Cabrillo is a dramatic headland jutting into the Pacific, offering some of the best coastal views in Mendocino. The area is a prime spot for whale watching during migration seasons, with gray whales passing close to shore. In spring, wildflowers carpet the bluffs. Visitors can hike the coastal trails, photograph the rugged cliffs, and watch for seals and seabirds. The headland also provides a stunning backdrop for sunset photography.
