✨ HighlightThe pork belly was amazing, the artichoke hearts and squash were also very good. The one dish that was disappointing was the porchetta, it sounds better than what it tastes. It tasted like thanksgiving turkey. Overall the food was very good! The spicy margarita was nice and balanced. Some portions are shareable which is nice because you get to try several dishes. The service was great!→

✨ HighlightI loved this restaurant. I rarely get a chance to dine at fancy restaurants, but I was in Chicago for the weekend with a friend, and we decided to treat ourselves! The staff at Obélix were very courteous, and the food was delicious. We both got espresso martinis, and my friend got the Moroccan carrots and an escargot dish, I got the pistachio croissant (which looked like a work of art, I almost didn't want to eat it! ALMOST), and the pumpkin french toast. Everything tasted heavenly, and I will definitely be back!→

✨ HighlightI was told this place is run by a a guy who is Polish Korean. I appreciate it when people find ways to meld ingredients from 2 countries that are worlds apart. And this place does it well! It’s also connected to Maria’s, a cool bar, where we sat and ate our delicious meal. The highlights were the perogies with soy sour cream and the hot dog with Korean toppings. 10/10 meal! I couldn’t get enough. I asked a couple people about this place before going and one person had been there like 8 years ago and was able to explain everything in detail! So it clearly leaves an impression. Also heard they rotate the menu.→
