Sam Brannan Cottage, part of the Sharpsteen Museum complex, is a rare surviving example of Calistoga's early resort architecture. Built in 1862 by entrepreneur Sam Brannan, the cottage features period furnishings and exhibits that tell the story of Calistoga's origins as a spa town.
