The Commandery is a beautifully preserved medieval building that served as the Royalist command center during the decisive Battle of Worcester in 1651. Today, it houses a museum dedicated to the English Civil War, with interactive displays, period rooms, and a detailed model of the battle. Visitors can walk through the same rooms where King Charles II and his commanders planned their doomed defense, and see weapons, armor, and personal items from the era.
