Eden Mill St Andrews distillery occupies a former Victorian mill and is one of the few producers in Scotland to make both whisky and gin under one roof. Visitors can join guided tours that walk through the mash tun, washbacks, and copper pot stills, learning about the dual production process. The tour ends with a tutored tasting of their signature spirits, including the award-winning Eden Mill Gin and their peated or unpeated single malt. The on-site shop offers exclusive bottlings not found elsewhere.
