Hastings Pier, originally opened in 1872, was ravaged by fire in 2010 but underwent a stunning £14 million restoration, reopening in 2016. Today, it offers a modern visitor experience with a spacious deck, a restaurant, bars, and a flexible event space hosting concerts, markets, and festivals. The pier's design incorporates original Victorian features, and its location provides excellent views of the beach and cliffs. It's a lively spot for a stroll, a meal, or live entertainment.
Don't miss
- Walk the full length of the pier for panoramic sea views and photo opportunities.
- Catch a live concert or event at the pier's contemporary performance space.
- Dine at the on-site restaurant offering fresh seafood and local produce.
