Gyllyngvase Beach, often called Gylly, is one of Falmouth's most popular sandy beaches, located just a short walk from the town centre. The gently sloping shore and calm waters make it perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, and kayaking. The beach is backed by a promenade with cafes, a restaurant, and a watersports hire centre. Lifeguards patrol during summer, and the beach is family-friendly with clean facilities. It's a lively spot for both relaxation and active fun, with excellent views across Falmouth Bay.
