Fan Bay Deep Shelter is a World War II underground shelter tunneled 23 meters into the chalk of the White Cliffs. Opened to the public in 2015, the guided tour takes visitors through the dark, narrow tunnels where soldiers once lived and worked. Original graffiti and artifacts remain, offering a raw glimpse into wartime life. The shelter is part of the White Cliffs of Dover National Trust site, and the tour includes a steep climb down to the entrance.
