Benburb Castle is a 17th-century fortified house perched on a cliff above the River Blackwater in County Armagh. Built by the O'Neill clan, it played a role in the Irish Confederate Wars and later fell into ruin. Today, the castle has been partially restored and is open to visitors. The site offers stunning views of the river valley and the surrounding countryside. Inside, you can explore the castle's chambers and learn about its turbulent past through interpretive displays.
