✨ HighlightAmritsar restaurant in Karama is a hidden gem, especially for those craving a late-night feast. Open 24 hours, it’s the perfect spot for after-party foodies who want to grab a bite at odd hours. My friends and I decided to visit late into the night, and we were met with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately felt comforting after a long day. We started with their famous aloo kulcha, a heavenly dish that is a must-try. You can choose to have it with either channa masala or raita—we opted for the raita, and it was a delightful pairing. The kulchas were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with flavorful spiced potatoes. Alongside, we also ordered the chicken tikka masala, which was equally impressive. The chicken was tender, perfectly marinated, and smothered in a rich, creamy gravy that had just the right balance of spices. Every bite was a burst of flavor. However, the highlight of the night was undoubtedly the moong dal ka halwa, which we ended our meal with. This dessert blew our minds—it was rich, decadent, and had an incredible texture. The sweetness was perfectly balanced, and it was the perfect finale to a great meal. The interiors of the restaurant added to the overall experience. With calm, cozy seating and subtle Amritsari decor, the ambiance made it a peaceful escape in the heart of Karama. The service was fantastic as well—friendly and hospitable staff who made us feel right at home. If you’re in the mood for some authentic North Indian food late at night or after a party, Amritsar restaurant should be at the top of your list. It’s a spot that never disappoints, and I can’t wait to go back!→
