Mother Ukraine is a monumental titanium statue standing 62 meters tall on a 40-meter pedestal, making it one of the tallest statues in Europe. Erected in 1981, it depicts a woman holding a sword and shield, representing the Soviet victory in World War II. In 2023, the Soviet coat of arms on the shield was replaced with Ukraine's trident, reflecting modern national identity. Visitors can view the statue up close and enjoy panoramic views of the Dnipro River from the surrounding park.
