Perched on the southern tip of Side's peninsula, the Temple of Apollo is a striking Roman ruin dating to the 2nd century AD. Its five remaining Corinthian columns frame a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean, making it a favorite spot for sunset photography. The temple was dedicated to Apollo, the god of music and poetry, and once formed part of a larger sanctuary. Visitors can walk freely around the site, touching the ancient stones while imagining the temple in its original glory. The adjacent Temple of Athena adds to the historical atmosphere, with the sea breeze carrying echoes of antiquity.
