Once called Sinasos, Mustafapaşa was a thriving Greek community before the population exchange of the 1920s. Today, its narrow streets are lined with ornate stone houses featuring carved facades and grand doorways. The Church of St. Basil, carved into a rock face, contains vivid frescoes depicting biblical scenes. Wandering the village feels like stepping back in time, with many buildings now serving as boutique hotels or cafes. The quiet atmosphere contrasts with the busier towns nearby.
