Today is my partner’s birthday, and our first time celebrating this special occasion in Thailand and also in Anantara Riverside Terrace Restaurant. I would like to specially thank Woon and Satein, who were our service provider served us during our dining session. When we first stepped in, we received warmth welcome from the restaurant concierge and the team. We sat near to the river as per our request, and thank you very much for fulfilling our request! In the beginning of our dining session, Woon had been very attentive and provide great service experience to us. In the middle of the night, it started to rain. We shifted from outdoor to the indoor, and this time Satein served us. Beyond my expectation, we were impressed by the service standard from Woon and Satein! Both of them had provided excellent customer service to us! Professional, genuine and passionate! Indeed, service from their hearts! I would said that Anantara has impressed us. Anantara is definitely equally good as other international hotel brands! I will definitely come back again in my next visit to Thailand! My friend celebrated her birthday and instead of celebrating it with just the two of us we celebrated it with the staff also. The staff, especially Mammie, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was incredibly attentive and kind, offering great recommendations and ensuring our dining experience was perfect. Not only that, but Mammie also took the time to capture some wonderful pictures for us, which was such a thoughtful touch! ✨ HighlightGreeted by wonderful doormen at the hotel who directed us to the lifts and the 40th floor. We had booked and were shown to our seats facing out to the AMAZING view, just as we asked for. We were given our menus and some lovely snacks and not pestered to make a quick decision. We ordered various cocktails and nibbles over 3 hours and were always served efficiently. ✨ HighlightA bar on 24th floor with great view on the city's skyscrapers. I went there mainly for cocktails, they have wide selection of common cocktails but also some signature ones. I ordered a whiskey sour which they don't have in the menu but can make upon request. The first run was not the best but the barmen was asking for the feedback and managed to improve for the next one. I also ordered some calamari which felt fresh and came with a tasty mayo. The service overall was very attentive and polite and I really enjoyed the whole atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit.→
