The Milk & Honey Distillery, located in Yilan, is Taiwan's first single malt whisky distillery. Visitors can take a guided tour to learn about the whisky-making process, from mashing to maturation, and see the copper pot stills in action. The tour concludes with a tasting session in the modern tasting room, where guests can sample their signature whiskies and gins. The distillery's subtropical climate accelerates aging, giving its spirits a unique character.
