Pingtung Distillery, established during the Japanese era, is a working distillery that offers visitors a glimpse into Taiwan's spirit-making traditions. Guests can tour the production areas, including fermentation vats and aging warehouses, and sample locally made Kaoliang and other liquors. The facility retains vintage equipment and architectural details, providing an authentic industrial heritage experience. The on-site shop sells exclusive bottles not found elsewhere.
