Männlichen is a renowned mountain peak (2,343 m) in the Bernese Alps, offering one of the most spectacular panoramic views of the Jungfrau region. From its summit, you can see the famous trio of Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau, as well as the Lauterbrunnen Valley and the Grindelwald valley. The mountain is accessible via a modern cable car from Wengen, which takes about 15 minutes and glides over alpine meadows and forests. At the top, a viewing platform, restaurant, and walking trails await. The Männlichen–Kleine Scheidegg ridge walk is a classic hike with breathtaking scenery. In winter, Männlichen is part of the Jungfrau Ski Region, offering groomed slopes and a snow park. The summit is also a popular spot for paragliding and photography, especially at sunrise and sunset.
