Corviglia is the premier ski area directly above St. Moritz, accessible via the Corviglia funicular or the Piz Nair cable car. It offers over 150 km of slopes for all levels, from gentle blues to challenging blacks, with excellent snow conditions thanks to its high altitude (2,486 m at the summit). The area is known for its sunny, wide-open runs and stunning views of the Bernina Range and Lake St. Moritz. Beyond skiing, Corviglia features several mountain restaurants serving local cuisine, a snow park, and hiking trails in summer. The atmosphere is lively but not overcrowded, with a mix of locals and international visitors. The top station at Piz Nair provides a 360-degree panorama that is especially breathtaking at sunrise or sunset.
