Trälen is a small, barren islet in the southern Gothenburg archipelago, accessible only by boat. Its smooth granite rocks and sparse vegetation make it a prime spot for birdwatching, especially during migration seasons when seabirds rest and feed along the shores. Visitors can land on the islet to walk across the windswept terrain, enjoy a picnic with 360-degree views of the sea and surrounding islands, or simply watch the waves crash against the rocks. The isolation and raw natural beauty give Trälen a serene, off-the-beaten-path feel.
