Seema Malaka is a peaceful meditation retreat situated on Beira Lake, connected to Gangaramaya Temple. Designed by Geoffrey Bawa, it features three floating platforms: the main assembly hall, a smaller meditation platform, and a relic house. The open-air structure allows for tranquil contemplation surrounded by water and lotus blooms. Its modernist yet traditional design makes it a unique spiritual oasis in the heart of Colombo.
