L'Oceanogràfic is the centerpiece of the City of Arts and Sciences, housing over 45,000 animals from 500 species. Designed by Félix Candela, the building resembles a water lily and features nine underwater towers, each representing a different marine ecosystem: Mediterranean, wetlands, temperate seas, tropical seas, oceans, Antarctic, Arctic, islands, and the Red Sea. The highlight is the 70-meter-long shark tunnel, where you can walk through a glass tube surrounded by sharks, rays, and other fish. The dolphinarium hosts daily shows, and the complex includes a restaurant with underwater views. It's an immersive experience that educates visitors about marine conservation.
