Les Ferreres Aqueduct, often called the Devil's Bridge (Pont del Diable), is one of the most impressive Roman structures in Tarragona. This ancient aqueduct once carried water from the Francolí River to the Roman city of Tarraco. Today, visitors can walk along the top of the aqueduct and admire its two tiers of arches, which stretch for over 200 meters. The structure is made of local stone and stands up to 27 meters high in places. The surrounding park is a peaceful green space with picnic areas and walking paths, making it a pleasant spot for a leisurely visit. The aqueduct is remarkably intact, and you can see the original channels that carried the water. It's a must-see for history enthusiasts and anyone interested in Roman engineering.
