The Autódromo de Sitges-Terramar is a vintage racetrack located about 5 kilometers from Sitges, built in 1923. It was one of the first permanent racetracks in Spain and features a unique 2-kilometer oval with steep banking. Although it was only used for a few years in the 1920s due to financial issues, it remains a fascinating site for motorsport fans. Today, the track is partially restored and hosts occasional classic car events, vintage races, and private tours. Visitors can walk along the old track, admire the original concrete stands, and imagine the roar of early racing cars. The site also includes a small museum with memorabilia. The surrounding area is quiet, offering a glimpse into early 20th-century racing history. The track's distinctive architecture and historical significance make it a must-visit for car enthusiasts.
