A Baixa Limia is a natural park in southern Ourense, part of the Baixa Limia-Serra do Xurés cross-border reserve with Portugal. It features rugged granite mountains, oak and pine forests, and numerous rivers with cascading waterfalls. Visitors can hike marked trails to viewpoints like Penedo do Xurés or swim in natural pools. The area is also home to wildlife such as wild boar, deer, and golden eagles. Its remote beauty offers a peaceful escape for nature lovers and hikers.
