El Bulli, once the world's most acclaimed restaurant, closed in 2011 and reopened as a museum dedicated to chef Ferran Adrià's creative process. Located on the remote Cala Montjoi beach near Roses, the site preserves the original dining room and kitchen, now filled with notebooks, prototypes, and photographs. Visitors can explore the 'BulliDNA' exhibition, which deconstructs Adrià's avant-garde techniques. The museum offers a fascinating look at how dishes were conceived, from molecular gastronomy to edible landscapes, all set against the serene cove where it all happened.
