The Dolmen de Viera is a prehistoric megalithic burial chamber dating back to the Copper Age, around 4,000–5,000 years ago. It is one of three dolmens that form the Antequera Dolmens Site, a UNESCO World Heritage property. The dolmen consists of a long corridor leading to a rectangular chamber, all built with massive stone slabs. Visitors can walk inside the structure and marvel at the engineering skill of its Neolithic builders. The site offers a fascinating glimpse into ancient funerary practices and is a short walk from the town center.
