Namiseom is a picturesque half-moon island in the middle of the Han River, accessible by ferry from Gapyeong. Visitors stroll along avenues lined with towering metasequoia trees, ginkgo trees, and pine trees, which create a stunning canopy of colors in autumn. The island is also home to sculptures, a small museum, and wildlife like ostriches and rabbits. As the setting for the hit drama 'Winter Sonata', it draws fans who explore filming spots and leave love locks on the fences. The peaceful atmosphere makes it ideal for leisurely walks, bike rides, or picnics by the water.
