Level Four Chef’s Table Step into Level Four’s culinary world and discover the dynamic inner workings of a 5-star kitchen. The Executive chef, Sous chef and their talented team and Wine Sommelier prepare a gourmet nine-course meal using the finest local ingredients. What a treat!
We went in for a chefs table at Level 4. The table was located in the kitchen, which was nice as you got to see how the dinner service was conducted. We had a 9 course dinner which spanned for about 3 hours. We had dietary requirements that the chef accommodated, and it was a deviation from the set menu. The waitors and the staff were very friendly. The food was expertly plated, and the flavors overall were well balanced. The rack of lamb and the fish were my favorite courses. I would definitely be back to try more.
It was a beautiful Christmas dinner. The food was really good. We tried the two Seafood starters and had the venison main. The waiter was very attentive and the setting was christmasy. Want to come back again!
