Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden is a living museum of South Africa's extraordinary plant life, set against the dramatic backdrop of Table Mountain. Visitors can wander through themed sections like the Fragrance Garden and the Cycad Amphitheatre, or hike trails that lead into the mountain. The garden is particularly famous for its collection of fynbos, a unique vegetation type found only in the Cape Floral Kingdom. Concerts and events are held on the lawn during summer.
Don't miss

- Visit the Botanical Society Conservatory, a glasshouse featuring plants from arid regions, including succulents and cycads.
