Gyeonggaksan is a popular hiking destination in Jeonju, offering well-maintained trails that wind through forested slopes to the summit. At 338 meters, the mountain provides a moderate climb suitable for most fitness levels. From the top, hikers are rewarded with sweeping views of Jeonju city, the Hanok Village, and distant mountains. The trail is dotted with resting areas and lookout points, making it a pleasant escape from the urban bustle. In spring, cherry blossoms line parts of the route, while autumn brings vibrant foliage.
