Cape St. Blaize Lighthouse, built in 1864, stands on a sandstone cliff at the western edge of Mossel Bay. Its white tower and red lantern room are iconic against the blue sky. Visitors can walk around the base for panoramic views of the ocean, cliffs, and the bay. The lighthouse is still operational, and the surrounding area is part of the Cape St. Blaize Trail, popular for hiking and whale watching during season.
