Tošč is a popular hiking destination in the Polhov Gradec Hills, rising to 1,021 meters. The well-marked trail starts from the village of Polhov Gradec and winds through beech forests and open meadows. At the summit, hikers are rewarded with panoramic views stretching from the Julian Alps to the Kamnik-Savinja Alps and even the Karavanke range. The peak is also home to the Tošč Chapel, a small wooden church dedicated to Saint Lawrence. The hike is suitable for families and takes about 2–3 hours round trip.
