Zelenci is a protected nature reserve located near Kranjska Gora, known for its crystal-clear, turquoise lake fed by underground springs from the Sava Dolinka River. The water's vivid color comes from the mineral-rich bottom and the reflection of the sky. A wooden boardwalk circles the lake, allowing visitors to observe the unique flora and fauna, including rare plant species and water birds. The backdrop of the Julian Alps makes it a perfect spot for photography and peaceful nature walks.
