Stalin's Bunker in Samara is a decommissioned underground command center built in 1942 as a fallback for Soviet leadership during WWII. Visitors descend 37 meters via a narrow staircase into a self-contained complex with conference rooms, communications equipment, and Stalin's personal office. The bunker remained secret until 1990.
