✨ HighlightI could give it a 5-star but since they don't serve water in a ramen restaurant, I am giving it a 4. I asked if they had water, but they said they didn't have water. I think there is a good opportunity to improve their service. On the other hand, ramen is extremely good.→

✨ HighlightTasty, easygoing, excellent as always. There are tasty open rolls and appetizers. I really advise you to try some of hand rolls (we tried many of them - everything is perfect). Good cocktails - the most popular are #3 (don’t miss an opportunity to try) and #5 - this one is more sweet than #3. Staff is affable, very friendly and helpful. There is very nice and relaxed atmosphere, nobody is under stress. Really cool relationships between staff members. Some tables are located too close to each other. For me seating on a bar is more comfortable.→

✨ HighlightLocated on Trubnaya Square, Ikura (named after the Japanse word for salmon caviar) serves up Nikkei - Peruvian ingredients shaped by Japanese techniques with a strong focus on sushi, sake, lime and aji. The menu offers a wide selection of small dishes made for sharing. Expect small serving sizes. The interior is moody and energetic with a constant flow of people and dishes. One of the highlights is the panoramic view of the city. The black cod (1800 ₽) was outstanding and highly recommended. The soy glaze was not too sweet, the outer skin of the cod had a slight crunch while the inside was moist. The Ikura (720₽) from the dessert menu is something different with three layers - cream, cake and rasberry tasting pellets ressembling caviar - served in a small wooden box. The service was excellent - engaging, knowledgeable and friendly staff happy to make recommendations on the menu. The only recommendation to the chef and bartender is the addition of chica morada, a traditional Peruvian non alchoolic drink based out of purpule corn that is tasty and refreshing. Priced on the high end, Ikura is a great spot to celebrate a special ocassion with friends, family or loved ones.→
