Stadium 974, also known as Ras Abu Aboud Stadium, is a pioneering sports venue constructed from 974 recycled shipping containers and modular steel. It was one of the eight stadiums used for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar and is the first fully demountable stadium in tournament history. The design pays homage to Doha's maritime heritage and the nearby port. Visitors can tour the stadium to see its innovative architecture up close, learn about its sustainable construction, and imagine the roar of the crowd during World Cup matches. The stadium's unique aesthetic and eco-friendly concept make it a standout attraction for architecture and sports fans alike.
