Anta do Sobral is a megalithic burial chamber, or dolmen, dating from the 4th to 3rd millennium BCE. Composed of several upright granite slabs supporting a massive capstone, it once served as a collective tomb for a Neolithic community. The site is set in a peaceful rural landscape, easily accessible by a short walk from the road.
