The Zasanie Synagogue, built in the early 20th century, served the Jewish community of the Zasanie district. After World War II, it was converted into a public library, a role it still fulfills today. The building retains its original Moorish Revival style, with distinctive arched windows and decorative details. Visitors can explore the library's reading rooms, which occupy the former prayer hall, and see remnants of the synagogue's past, such as the women's gallery. It stands as a symbol of adaptive reuse, blending Jewish heritage with modern community life.
