Lake Ukiel, also known as Krzywe, is the largest lake in Olsztyn and a hub for outdoor recreation. Its sandy beaches and clear waters attract swimmers and sunbathers in summer, while walking and cycling paths circle the shoreline. The lake offers opportunities for kayaking, sailing, and paddleboarding, with equipment rentals available. In winter, the frozen lake becomes a spot for ice skating.
