Kościuszko Mound is a man-made hill erected in the 1820s to honor Tadeusz Kościuszko, a Polish and American revolutionary leader. Located in the Zwierzyniec district, the mound rises 34 meters high and is surrounded by a fortification built by the Austrians. Visitors can climb to the top for sweeping views of the Vistula River, the Tatra Mountains, and the historic city center. The site also includes a small museum detailing Kościuszko's life and the mound's construction.
