✨ HighlightThe food was excellent. Quality taste and very savory. A little bit pricey but worth the price. No service water and no bread refills. The small amount of bread was already 395 pesos which is not worth the price. Overall, experience was great, friendly and attentive staff and wonderful atmosphere.

✨ Highlightone of my favorite place to eat when in Manila “BUT” recently I got pretty disappointed with their food. presentation and service went from excellent to terrible. I Booked a private room with 4 big tables for my husband birthday. when we got there the room wasn’t ready, servers are nowhere to be found, the room was under a wrong name. Food was served extremely slow! We have to ask several times before they start bringing in food and water! Presentation wasn’t great, some food was over cooked. rice was served late (guests are eating the food without rice.) everything was served late and with two missing orders in one of the tables. Everything was set and ordered few days ahead so I wasn’t expecting that this will turn into a big mess which left me disappointed. Servers are somehow nice but the manager is rude. He never showed up in our room to ask or check if everything is okay (I see him walking in and out the other room checking if their food and if everything is complete). I feel embarrassed that my guests wasn’t able to enjoy the food which also ruined the mood of the celebration. With all this and with the price they charge me I won’t be using this restaurant on any kind of celebration anymore.

✨ HighlightLocated at the 5th floor of the New Coast Hotel Manila, the place is just beside my workplace but it’s my first time dining here, and here is my first impression: Food is excellent, with big servings, and reasonable price. The food is so good we ended up asking to take home our “tira” after eating. We ordered the following: Kare-kare - their version is that of a huge beef still attached to a bone 😅 with a very creamy sauce and generous serving of bite-sized vegetables and sweet bagoong. It’s good for 2-3 persons but it can extend up to 4-5. Beef with broccoli - The beef is so tender, the broccoli is cooked to perfection. Pancit Canton- Coz it’s a birthday treat, we won’t miss ordering our traditional pancit, which did not disappoint. Non-alcoholic Berry Slushies - their best-seller, it sooo good-no need to elaborate. Service - 5-star very polite and friendly wait staff who patiently answered all our queries. Atmosphere - formal-business setting, cozy place. I haven’t got many pictures but the ambiance is nice, you can bring someone you want to impress. Overall, I was really surprised that the Market Cafe has a better ambiance than the one we always go to (the 5-star hotel in-front of our office). This definitely made my list of “for a change” go-to places/restaurants.

✨ HighlightThis restaurant exudes elegance set on colonial setting. Just like the surrounding buildings, the structure is well preserved and you can feel like being taken back to the past. The food is good but I must say the serving is a bit lacking. For the prices, it could go a bit bigger than their current serving especially if its for sharing or groups. The service is excellent, staff are attentive and attends to guest's needs promptly. They also have a cultural dance show which makes the dining experience different from other establishments.

✨ HighlightFood was lovely, ambiance was good, perfect lighting, not too dark and not bright. The price is just enough, however, I felt kinda sad that the food that caught my attention was not available that night :( Also we could have enjoyed our dinner if we didnt felt rushed because of the waitstaff being too pushy, we understand that this is business, but as a food lover and a slow eater we don’t like being rushed and felt like we don’t have peace of mind coz we’re getting pressured by the waitstaff pushing us.

The food they served (included in the ticket) is rice with pork steak (bistek), iced tea and a dessert that was served an hour or two later. The place was grander than I expected. That time, there was about 200+ people. Sound system was superb! The bass can be felt, and high and mid tones doesn't hurt the ears. Staff was great, presentable and really pleasant. I had a good experience! I'll definitely go here with or without an event.

The others are normal, just don’t order salmon😂 taste super weird and they said maybe because of the sauce. But for me I can feel it is because of the salmon as I always order salmon at Japanese restaurants, maybe because the owner is a Korean not Japanese?
