✨ HighlightOne of my favorite chicken sandwich places out there. Appropriately priced, good quality of food, and big servings. Their chicken sandwich is the best on their menu (the beef burger not much). Can be a bit overwhelming because of the grease but who doesn’t love greasy food from time to time? 😆 I don’t recommend the banana donuts, it’s nothing out of the ordinary.→

For quite some time now, I’ve noticed that whenever I order for takeout or through online delivery, the chicken pieces are significantly smaller than expected and seem to have been re-fried. This has happened on multiple occasions, with no exception. Additionally, I’ve also experienced instances where my order is either incomplete or incorrect, which only adds to my disappointment. I had stopped purchasing from this branch for a while because I knew I would only end up disappointed. However, I recently gave it another chance, hoping the situation had improved and because i am craving for it right now, but unfortunately, the quality remains the same. My craving turned into disappointment once again, and it’s becoming increasingly frustrating. 😒 As a loyal customer who used to enjoy Jollibee, it’s dismaying that these issues have affected my overall experience, I expect better from Jollibee, especially when it comes to your flagship product, the Chickenjoy. I kindly ask that you address this issue with the Vito Cruz branch to ensure that customers receive the quality and service that Jollibee is known for.
