Thoroughly disappointed with our culinary experience at Central. Most of the dishes were way too salty and one-dimensional. I wouldn’t define any of them as delicious or memorable, which is a huge shame and missed opportunity. The burnt ash ingredient they use in many dishes is really awful. The pork dish (photo below) also sucked. Sure if you have the budget and are in Lima try it out, just don't expect to eat delicious food. We had much better meals at Kjolle and Maido

This restaurant is incredible if you truly appreciate good food. The tasting menu, wine, cocktails, and overall experience were phenomenal. I’ll admit I was a little nervous going in after reading some of the reviews, but I couldn’t have been more impressed. Please, don’t let other opinions sway you, just go and experience it for yourself.
