His service was outstanding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide through this culinary journey. Now for the highlight—the food. Every single bite was a masterpiece. The ceviche was so fresh and flavorful it practically melted in our mouths. The balsamic and Parmesan scallops were divine, but the balsamic version stole the show. We were shamelessly scooping up the sauce with bread and wishing we could take a bottle of their 25-ingredient balsamic perfection home. The duck with rice, a traditional dish, was pure magic. ✨ HighlightTried their "Menu Degus" and left disapointed, i almost didn't like any of dishes and none of them impress me. It feels more like a test menu in newly opened restaurant. Maybe la carte dishes are better here, but i wouldn't go to try again when there are so much choices in Lima.→
