✨ HighlightFrom the moment we walked into Tragaluz at the Miraflores Park Belmond Hotel, we were captivated by the elegant yet welcoming atmosphere. The interesting artwork, white tablecloths, and subtle 5-star service combined with light, uplifting music set the perfect tone for the evening. Our waiter, Christian, truly elevated our experience. His attention to detail was impeccable—he recommended dishes with care, explained every detail in perfect English, and made us feel completely taken care of without ever feeling rushed or forgotten. His service was outstanding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide through this culinary journey. Now for the highlight—the food. Every single bite was a masterpiece. The ceviche was so fresh and flavorful it practically melted in our mouths. The balsamic and Parmesan scallops were divine, but the balsamic version stole the show. We were shamelessly scooping up the sauce with bread and wishing we could take a bottle of their 25-ingredient balsamic perfection home. The duck with rice, a traditional dish, was pure magic. The duck was so tender it fell apart without a knife, and the flavor was otherworldly—each bite required a moment to savor and process just how incredible it was. We ended the meal with a traditional fruit cream dessert that was perfectly balanced—not too sweet, with an impeccable texture. Everything was flawless. The dishes were flavorful yet light, leaving us satisfied and energized. This is the kind of restaurant we’d return to again and again. Tragaluz truly delivers on every level, and I can’t recommend it enough.→

✨ HighlightTried their "Menu Degus" and left disapointed, i almost didn't like any of dishes and none of them impress me. It feels more like a test menu in newly opened restaurant. Maybe la carte dishes are better here, but i wouldn't go to try again when there are so much choices in Lima.→
