Taybeh Brewery, founded in 1995, is the first microbrewery in Palestine and a unique attraction in the West Bank. Visitors can tour the facility to see the brewing process, from malt to bottle, and sample a variety of beers including their flagship Golden, Amber, and seasonal brews. The brewery also hosts an annual Oktoberfest celebration, drawing locals and international visitors. The experience offers a taste of local entrepreneurship and a refreshing stop in the rolling hills of Taybeh.
