Tall Asur, also known as Mount Baal Hazor, rises to 1,016 meters above sea level, making it the highest point in the West Bank. The summit offers breathtaking 360-degree views that on clear days extend to the Mediterranean Sea, the Jordan Valley, and the mountains of Jordan. Hiking trails wind through terraced hillsides and olive groves, leading to the top where a small shrine and ruins of an ancient Canaanite city can be found.
