The Mount Gerizim Temple is the primary religious site for the Samaritan faith, located atop the mountain that Samaritans consider the true holy place. The temple complex includes a large synagogue where the community gathers for prayers and festivals, especially during Passover when the sacrificial ceremony is performed. Visitors can observe the Samaritans' distinct religious practices, which closely resemble ancient Israelite rites. The site also houses a small museum with Torah scrolls and historical exhibits. It is a living center of faith, not just a historical relic.
